Returns procedure

Returns Policy


Refund will be given provided items are returned back in their original condition as they were dispatched (i.e as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The return item should be in re-sellable condition. If a worn item is sent back, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.


Please DO NOT apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging


You will need to arrange and pay for the returns method of your choice (trackable service recommended)   for correctly supplied, unwanted items. We cannot accept responsibility faor undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the senders responsibility to pursue a claim. Please note we do not offer a free returns service.


Please fill our returns form below with the return reason so we can pricess your return faster. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product, which are not sent back in accordance with our procedure & policies and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you


We do not offer exchanges of any order. I fyou wish to exchange for a different size or style, please place a new order. All returned orders will be refunded within 72 hours of receipt by us. Please contact us if you hae any issue with your order or need further help
